Got a token?
What your token is for.
If someone handed you a little token at church, that's your spot at the table. It isn't a ticket you buy, and admission is free. A token is simply your way of saying 'count me in,' along with a commitment to give on the night. Hold on to it, because the number on it is yours.
What it is
Your RSVP and your commitment to give. We don't ask how much, only that you come ready to give to the mission fund. Every token carries its own unique number.
Hold on to it
Hold on to your token, and keep its number close. You'll need it to join the meal, and the number matters for a few exciting things we have planned. You won't want to lose it.
Where to get one
Tokens are handed out at church and available at Cafe Homestead. Take one for yourself and one for each guest you're bringing. Can't be there in person? You can still give online below.
Grabbed a token but your plans changed? Please return it or let us know, so we can plan the right amount of food. You can still give from wherever you are.
Why we're doing this
Saying no isn't an option.
For ten years, our Texas church has given over a million dollars to serve communities around the world, funded one year at a time. Then an unexpected expense nearly drained the fund. So instead of scraping a budget together every year, we built something permanent.
And it's not just the grown-ups giving. Our young people alone have raised over $100,000, at $350 a year each.
Year one: $0 → $550,000. What will next year look like?

Own a business? Sponsor the evening and we'll put your name in front of the whole room. Can't make it on the 7th? Give from wherever you are and still be part of the night.

What is the HYM Annual Fundraiser? +
It's our one grand night each year to gather as a community: to share the story of what God is doing through Heritage Youth Missions, celebrate together, and grow the mission fund that fuels the work ahead.
I was handed a token at church. What is it? +
It's your RSVP and your commitment to give. Admission is free; we just ask that you come ready to give to the mission fund. Keep the token and hold on to its number, because you'll need it to join the meal and for a few exciting things we have planned for the night. More about the tokens.
I don't have a token. Can I still take part? +
Yes. Tokens are available at Cafe Homestead, and everyone is welcome. Bring your family and friends, and grab one for each guest. If you can't be there in person, you can still give online and be part of the night.
What does it cost to attend? +
Nothing. The evening is free and open to everyone. We simply ask that you come ready to give. Every gift goes directly into the mission fund.
How do I RSVP? +
Your token is your RSVP. Grab one at church or Cafe Homestead and come. Bring your family and friends. There's room at the table.
Can I still give if I can't attend? +
Absolutely. Every gift counts whether or not you're in the room. Use the giving page above to contribute any amount toward the mission fund.
Can my business sponsor the event? +
Yes. Business sponsors are a big part of the night, and we recognize our sponsors in front of the whole room. Email us and we'll share the details.
